She is a forensic accountant credentialed for both forensic and fraud services. She is designated as a CFF (Certified in Financial Forensics) and a CFE (Certified Fraud Examiner). As a business valuator, she has achieved designations as an ABV (Accredited in Business Valuations from the American Institute of CPA’s) and a CVA (Certified Valuation Analyst from the National Association of Certified Valuators and Analysts). Most recently, she has qualified to provide financial expertise to Collaborative Family Law clients who are seeking to keep the court out of their family matters.

Education and Training
Mrs. Hartman completed hers Bachelor of Arts in Accounting at Florida Atlantic University; Bachelor of Science, French and General Linguistics, University of Virginia; post-graduate studies required for certification as a CPA in Florida at Florida Atlantic University; AICPA courses for her ABV designation; NACVA courses for her CVA designation; and ACFE courses for her CFE designation, Collaborative Family Law courses for her qualification, plus requisite continuing education courses required for all designations.
Prior Experience
Prior to her ownership in her current firm, Mrs. Hartman was a partner at Kofsky, Hartman & Weinger, PA for twenty-two years and as an employee at H. Edward Jones, CPA, PA, where she gained valuable experience providing accounting and tax services to various business and individual clients.
Community Involvement
Patricia is passionate and dedicated to giving back to hers community. She is on the Board of Directors for Living Water Christian Counseling, President of Word Weavers of South Florida, and a children’s leader in Bible Study Fellowship and a contributing writer for the marriage section of the Good News Magazine. She has facilitated DivorceCare classes and led single mother groups.
Patricia was born and raised in Virginia, moving to South Florida in 1980. She enjoys spending time with her children and grandchildren, world travel, teaching, speaking and writing books. She has authored two books: “The Christian Prenuptial Agreement” and “A Funny Thing Happened on My Journey to Heaven.” She is currently working on a murder mystery.
